Sprouting seeds - Subtle Taste Selection consists of alfalfa, radish, lentil, red cabbage and Mung bean seeds. This diverse and colourful selection dazzles with a subtle taste with a hint of savoury. It constitutes a rich source of vitamins, minerals and other compounds that beneficially influence your health. You may add sprouts to any given dish, but first and foremost you should eat them raw. You may sprinkle soups or other warm plates with sprouts right before serving, so the tiny greens retain the most of their nutritional value.
Growing sprouts on your own is easy and you may cultivate them at home all year long. Soak sprouting seeds in lukewarm water for a few hours and move them to a jar or a special sprouter. Place the container in a warm and bright place, without, however, direct exposure to sunlight. Watering is the key factor in growing sprouts, rinse them with water at least twice daily. You may eat them after a few days already, so be prepared to set up a culture every week or so to have constant access to fresh sprouts.
