The Strawberry Tree is without a doubt one of the most original and unusual plants cultivated inside our houses. In its natural environment, the tree can grow as much as 10 metres high, yet in temperate climates, it is mainly cultivated indoors and is only moved outside onto the terrace when it gets warmer in the summer. The main decorative elements of the Strawberry Tree are its edible fruit. The fruit are yellow-orange-red balls that slightly resemble strawberries.

Growing: the seeds can be sown all-year-round and need be sown fairly shallow. The seeds germinate in 2 to 7 weeks. The plants flower from October to December.
