Tomato ‘Tigerella’ is a very consistently growing variety that is highly recommended to be cultivated staked under cover. This variety features characteristic yellowish-orange stripes on its fairly large round fruit. The Tomato ‘Tigerella’ fruit are suitable for direct consumption as well as an excellent solution for garnishing dishes. It is recommended to cut the side shoots.
Growing: sow the seeds in pots or in covered pallet planters from March to early April. The seeds germinate in 7 to 14 days. Plant out into the soil in 60-70cm spacings in mid-May. The tomatoes love fertile soils in sunny positions.
