Wine yeast nutrient - Kombi Vita - 10 g is a premium quality fermentation starter that contains all compounds needed by yeast to start working. It consists of diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP), that provides yeast with nutrients responsible for their development, such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The admixture of vitamin B1 activates fermentation. The Kombi Vita yeast nutrient has been also enriched with valuable biomass consisting of inactive yeast cells. This important ingredient prevents fermentation process from coming to a halt and additionally improves the aroma and taste of the produced beverage. Presented nutrient is an all-purpose product intended for home production of fruit and grape wine, as well as flower and grain liqueurs.
