The yellow cheesemaker's wax is intended for production of hard cheese. It protects the product from contamination, harmful bacteria, mould and drying.
It will also improve the look of your cheese!

Storing: we recommend to store this wax in a cool, dark and aerated place.

Instructions of use:
1. Place the jar with the yellow cheesemaker's wax in boiling water for 20 minutes.
2. Distribute the liquid wax with a brush or soak the whole cheese lump in it.
3. Set the cheese aside until the wax cools.
4. Leave the coated cheese for the required maturing time.

One package contains 150 grams of cheesemaker's wax.
