Virtually everyone can grow sprouts - you would only need a jar covered with gauze or a special sprouter. Rinse and soak sprouting seeds in water. Place them in the chosen container after a few hours.
Sprouts need water, warmth and light to develop. Place them at a sunny place that is, however not directly exposed to sunlight. Water the culture regularly, so they stay moistened, yet do not stand in water. You do not have to wait long for the sprouts - they will be ready to eat after 2 to 4 days.
