Cinnamon flavoured oak chips - dark roast is an additive intended for home made spirits. This product will completely transform your liquor. These chips are recommended to all those who wish to create a beverage that will dazzle with its taste and aroma, yet do not have access to the original oak barrels. It is a great way to flavour cognacs, brandy, bourbon or any other liquor. They have been manufactured of premium quality oak wood of the French Petraea variety. The use of oak wood chips allows you to quickly achieve the dark amber colour, eliminate the rough and unpleasant taste and aroma of the distillate. This version of the product enriches the beverage with tender cinnamon notes. This product is exceptionally efficient as only a small amount of it will flavour the drink. These chips may be added either during the fermentation or maturing stage.

Dosage: 0.4 - 10 g per 1 litre of liquid.
