Dill 'Goliat', resistant to drought, is a variety perfectly suited for harvesting in bundles. Plants grown from the seeds offered here are hardy and aromatic. They show high resistance to summer drought and consist of abundant, erect, stiff foliage that is built of juicy, strong petioles and dense, long, vividly green blades. Late harvest of the 'Goliat' dill does not affect the quality of the harvest. The variety offered in our store is recommended for drying, pickling, freezing and direct, raw consumption after the harvest.

Garden dill (Anethum graveolens) is an annual plant that germinates quickly and is easy to grow.

Its leaves and stalks are a rich source of vitamins C, B1, B2 and PP, as well as beta-carotene, potassium, phosphorus and iron. Both fresh and dried dill leaves are an aromatic seasoning for white and red meat, fish, sauces, soups, potatoes and all heavy, stodgy dishes. Dill is also used in herbal medicine as a diuretic, diastolic and intestine-regulating remedy.

Packages available in our store contain 5 g of the 'Goliat' dill seeds.
