Pea "Nefryt" (Pisum sativum) is a variety standing out with the excellent taste of seeds. It is considered one of the medium early cultivars, as 75 days pass usuall from sow to harvest. This annual plant grows 50 - 70 cm tall and develops stiff stems that do not tend to sprawl. It stands out from other pea varieties with high resistance to diseases and adverse cultivation conditions. "Nefryt" is valued for rich harvest. Its pods reach crop maturity at the same time, what allows for a one-time harvest. The pods of this variety grow quite large, 8.5 cm on average. Each of them contains 7 to 8 seeds. Only the wrinkled seeds with great taste are eaten. They are intended for direct consumption, preserving and freezing.

Pea should be sown earliest possible, with March and beginning of April offering the best time frame. Pea seeds are sown directly to the ground, preferably to sandy-clay soil that should also be rich in nutrients and permeable. Regular watering is necessary, because pea plants require lots of water. You may harvest peas when the pods are well developed and the seeds still soft and juicy, in June and July.

Each package contains 50 g of "Nefryt" field pea seeds. A growing guide and the sow-by date have been included in the package information.
