Growing sprouts at home brings satisfaction, because it allows you to obtain valuable nutrients that can be universally used in the kitchen in an easy and quick manner. Sprouts grown the traditional way - in a jar or on a sieve, cellulose or gauze - grow slower, are prone to rotting (or drying out, if you forget to water them regularly). Using a sprouter eliminates that risk!

The sprouter offered in our online store consists of:

- a water tray;

- two growing trays that allow you to grow sprouts of different plants at the same time;

- a lid with ventilation holes.

This container has been manufactured of durable plastic that is easy to clean. It does not need much space, yet allows you to grow plenty of sprouts in one go - the optimal temperature and humidity that can be achieved under the lid provide the developing plants with optimal growing conditions.

Why should you grow sprouts?

Sprouts are being considered valuable nutrition that belongs to the superfood category. They are valued for their overaverage vitamin (A, B, C, E and other) and mineral (calcium, kalium, magnesium and iron) content. These developing plants supply the body with little calories, but are rich in healthy sugar, fat and protein. They also contain fibre that supports digestion and are therefore recommended as an enhancement to stodgy dishes. Differently tasting, tender or spicy, soft or firm and crunchy stems and leaves of the youngest plants constitute an excellent complement of vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as red and white meat or even diary. Sprouts improve metabolism, increase bile production and have diuretic properties. The sprouts support heart functions, lower the "bad" cholesterol level in blood and act as a blood-building agent. They are recommended to people suffering from diabetes, pregnant women and those in menopause, as well as all people who experience lowered immunity.
