Tall field tomato 'Black Prince', a juicy, sweet, aromatic amateur variety intended for direct consumption yields rich, high quality crops both in plastic foil tunnels and outdoors, without covers. This proposed variety would also make an impression on your vegetable bed thanks to the original, dark crimson, almost black skin colouring. Vegetation period of the 'Black Prince' tomato lasts 70-80 days. Its fruit are rather firm, rich in juice and weigh over 100 g. Dark red juicy, exceptionally sweet and aromatic flesh is hidden under the beautifully coloured peel. The fruit are a great snack in between meals, complement sandwiches and may be used for preserves. They are also a rich source of beta-carotene, the anticancer lycopene, fibre, vitamin C, potassium and other minerals.

The variety presented here is intended for cultivation with supports. We recommend to grow seedlings at home - sow seeds for this purpose early in spring.
