Tomato 'Pink Oxheart ' (Lycopersicon esculentum) dazzles with fruit that reach extraordinary size. This tall, vigorous cultivar requires staking. Fruit stand out not only with their size, but the magnificent raspberry-red colour and great taste, too. They are heart-shaped and covered with thin, tender peel. It shelters juicy, fleshy and sweet flesh. We recommend these tomatoes for direct consumption and preserves due to their characteristics.
Treated seeds offered in our store have been covered with a protective layer, preventing soil pathogens from attacking the seeds. Sow tomato seeds in the spring. Prepare seedlings in pots placed in a warm and sun-lit room. You may transplant the hardened seedlings outside no earlier than in the second half of May. You will harvest large fruit from August to September. This tomato variety thrives in permeable, water-retaining soils that are rich in nutrients and humus.
Each package contains 0.2 g of the "Pink Oxheart ' tomato treated seeds. Growing instructions and the sow-by date are included in the package information.
