BIO Mung bean sprouting seeds are a legume vegetable that is very popular in Asiatic cuisine. This bean is mostly consumed in form of delicious, crunchy sprouts that are an outstanding source of proteins, vitamins and minerals. They taste great on sandwiches, in salads and may be sprinkled over dishes right before serving. Growing sprouts on your own proves to be the easiest way to enhance your daily diet with valuable substances. You should, however, choose high quality seeds. Certified organic seeds available in our store have been produced without using chemical control agents and artificial fertilizers.

Growing sprouts is very easy and you would only need a gauze-covered jar or a special sprouter. Soak sprouting seeds in water for a few hours, put them in the container, strain and place in a warm room. Choose a bright site that is however not directly exposed to sun. Rinse the sprouts with luke-warm water at least twice a day. Mung bean sprouts will become edible within 5 to 7 days.
