Dusty Miller is a very unique annual plant that grows 20 to 30 centimetres in height. With an enticing ornamental value thanks to its outstanding fern-like, silver-gray foliage, the plant flowers from August to September. Dusty Miller is predominantly grown in borders, pots, flower beds or in planters. What is more, it is very often used as a grave decoration.
Growing: sow the seeds under cover in March. Prick the seedlings out individually into pots. Plant out to a permanent position in the first half of May. The plants grow well in any type of soil and love sunny positions.
