"Basta" bean is a yellow variety producing straight, narrow and elongated pods that grow usually 14 cm long. It is valued for its delicious taste and lack of strings in the pods. It is intended mainly for direct consumption, but can be processed (preserved or frozen), too.

"Basta" bean is a dwarf, early variety. It can be cultivated both under plastic covers or in the open air. It yields crops from July until August.
