The 'Grinstar' dwarf bean is a new French bean variety that produces medium long, 14.5 cm, green pods. The yield consists of high ration of premium quality marketable pods. The majority of the pods is more than 10 mm wide. The plants do not grow too tall and maintain an erect appearance. The lowest growing pods develop circa 15 cm above the ground. These flat, broad, fleshy pods taste well boiled. They constitute a great addition to salads, frozen vegetable dishes, preserves and many other dishes. You should use them as a seasonal side dish to meat or a tasty and satiating snack.

The variety offered here belongs to the early cultivars. The vegetation period of this variety lasts about 66 -75 days.
