Aromatic leaves from the "Mini Garden" series are grown from a selection of seeds of quickly growing leaf vegetable plants that stand out with distinct taste and aroma. It includes chicory, lettuce and rocket (arugula). This set works wonders in salads and as addition to many different dishes. The leaves may be harvested at an early development stage, as so called "baby leaves". The aromatic selection for cut greens may be grown at home all year long. We recommend to invest in these particularly in winter and early spring, when we need vitamins the most.

Rocket is a rich source of vitamin C, organic acids and essential oils. Both leaves and seeds of the rocket contain glucosinolates, substances that act as a diuretic and support digestion.

Chicory hides a true treasure of vitamins and minerals (sodium, magnesium, potassium, iron, vitamins B1, B2, C and folic acid, among others). It also shows healing effects, as it supports creation of the red blood cells and improves functioning of the digestive and excretory systems. Chicory also beneficially affects skin condition thanks to high beta-carotene content.

Lettuce is a digestible, delicious and popular vegetable. It supplies large amounts of fibre, supports weight loss and contains numerous nutrients, such as provitamin A, vitamins C, E and K as well as B vitamins.
