Fertiliser fornamental grasses - Sumin - 1 kg is used when plants begin vigorous growth and need nutrients that support the development of strong, healthy clumps. This product is intended for feeding ornamental grasses grown in the ground, both young plants and already established specimens. Well-balanced fertilisation helps maintain an attractive plant habit and is worth including in the regular care of borders and beds.
Stronger growth, better clump density and more vivid colouring of the blades are effects that are especially desirable in the cultivation of ornamental grasses. Slowly released nutrients nourish the plants for a longer time, so fertiliser fornamental grasses supports even development of the above-ground parts and the root system. As a result, grasses cope better with temporary water shortages, are more resistant to adverse weather conditions and retain good condition more readily before winter.
The fertiliser contains 7.0% total nitrogen (N), including 3.5% ammoniacal nitrogen and 3.5% urea nitrogen; 10.0% total phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5), including 5.5% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) soluble in formic acid; 10.0% potassium oxide (K2O) soluble in water; 3.6% total magnesium oxide (MgO); 19.0% total sulphur trioxide (SO3), including 17.0% water-soluble. micronutrients: boron (B) 0.05%, copper (Cu) 0.100%, iron (Fe) 0.10%, manganese (Mn) 0.10%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.010%, zinc (Zn) 0.100%.
Fertiliser fornamental grasses is intended for plants grown in borders, home gardens and new plantings. The first application is carried out in early spring, and the next 2-3 times during the season, adjusting the frequency to the growth rate of the plants. The manufacturer recommends use from March to August, with the last treatment best carried out no later than the end of August.
The recommended dose is 20-40 g of fertiliser per m² of area around the plants. Lower amounts are worth using when water is limited and for species with weaker vigour, while higher amounts are suitable for strongly growing grasses and well-moistened soil. This dosing method makes it possible to adapt fertilisation to growing conditions and the needs of specific plants.
Spread the granules evenly around the plants and then the soil should be watered with 10-15 litres of water per m². Avoid leaving granules on leaves and blades; if they get onto the green parts, gently shake them down onto the soil. Fertiliser fornamental grasses works most effectively when applied to moist soil or directly before planned watering.
The pack contains 1 kg of granular fertiliser. Fertiliser fornamental grasses helps maintain strong, well-coloured and attractive clumps throughout the season, so it is worth keeping it close at hand during regular garden care.
