"Klarowin", presented fining agent, is intended for red and rose wines, as well as juices and sirups. It is used in order to speed up the natural clarifying processes in those beverages. High quality wine needs to be clear, yet it happens quite often that the fining process takes ages and the wine still does not achieve the desired clarity. We recommend to add Klarowin to it, as it will facilitate the procedure. It helps to eliminate the must rests or particulates from the wine or juice quickly and effectively. Proper use of this product brings excellent results and the clarified drinks do not lose their taste nor aroma.

Klarowin is available in crystalline form and contains gelatine type A that effectively eliminates particulates and residue that occurs due to tannin and pigment presence in the must. These substances can be found in red wines and fruit juices and our product is dedicated to remove them. One package of Klarowin allows you to clarify 30 - 50 litres of liquid. The effects should be visible within a week. Please adhere strictly to the dosing guidelines, as overdose of type A gelatine may case colour and flavour loss.
