Klarowin Turbo 2 is a two-compound lees clarifying agent for fermented beverages, liquor distillates and mash. It quickly clears home made beverages and improves their presence.

The presented preparation consists of two packets: 15 g of colloidal silica - liquid silicon dioxide and 50 g of chitosan - a natural polysaccharide (extracted from chitin shells of crustaceans). This product also contains the malic acid and the sodium metabisulfite.

After stabilizing and degassing the wine, add the contents of the smaller package, adjusting the amount to the quantity of the refined drink. Mix briefly with the collected produce and let stand for an hour. After that time, add the right dose of chitosan and stir briefly again. Let stand in a quiet place for 24 hours. The colour of the wine might slightly alter after the application of this fining agent.

Each package contains 65 g of the Klarowin Turbo 2 wine fining agent: 15 g of colloidal silica and 50 g of chitosan.
