Large Pink, with its latin name Dianthus Superbus, is a rampant perennial plant that grows up to 25 centimetres in height and produces multi-coloured, very aromatic flowers with outstanding deeply-cut petals. Often occuring at high altitudes, Superb Pink flowers from June to September.

Growing: sow the seeds under cover from April to June. The seeds germinate in around 2 weeks at 20-25°C. Plant out into a permanent position in 20-25cm spacings from July to August. The plants thrive in shaded positions in fairly moist soils.
