"Long White Bush 2" is a marrow cultivar that produces long, rather large, thick, up to 20-cm-long fruit filled with pale, delicious flesh. Other advantages of this variety include high vitamin C content and lack of the ability to accumulate heavy metals. Marrows contain a lot of sugar, B vitamins, vitamin PP and carotene. They are extremely low-calorie.

Marrow "Long White Bush" produces long shoots that reach even 2.5 m in length. Therefore plants should be grown in sufficiently large spacings. Amateur cultivation does not require many seeds. These are sown in the second half of spring directly into the field. First fruit may be harvested already in July.

Marrow fruit are universally utilisable thanks to its exceptional taste. "Long White Bush" is recommended for frying, stewing, roasting and cooking. You can prepare delicious letcho or soup with this marrow. It is used in stir-fry vegetable mixes. Sometimes it finds its way to salads, drinks and desserts.
