Shepherd's Scabious is a perennial variety with an outstanding ornamental potential. Up to 50 centimetres in height, it produces lovely ball-shaped blue inflorescences. Flowering throughout the summer, Shepherd's Scabious is a very valuable plant for a cut flower, rockeries or perennial beds.
Growing: sow the seeds under cover from April to May. Plant out in 25-30cm spacings from August to September. This variety flowers from June to mid-September and prefers sunny positions.
