Spaghetti Squash of the ‘Pyza’ cultivar is an ideal plant to prepare so-called "vegetable spaghetti". Its flesh, when heated, disintegrates into chunks that greatly resemble pasta. Spaghetti Squash fruit are ready to be harvested in the autumn.
Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil in 1x1m spacings – 2 to 3 seeds in each position – in early April. After the seeds have germinated, leave one plant in each position. The fruit are ready to be harvested around October, when they have turned yellow.
Each packet contains 5g of seeds.
