Common pink "Spring Beauty" (Dianthus plumarius) is a low growing perennial plant that reaches height of 30 cm in the blooming period. It develops nice, grassy tufts consisting of numerous elongated, sharp-spiked leaves. Numerous blooms tower over the blue-green leaf pillows in summer. Common pink "Spring Beauty" blooms abundantly and its blooming period is really long, as it spreads over three summer months. The semi-double flowers with frizzled petals excrete a subtle, pleasant aroma. The variety mix offered in our store consists of multicoloured blooms. This perennial perfectly fits into rock gardens, sunny and dry borders and alongside walls and paths.

Common pink seeds should be sown end of spring or beginning of summer to a seed bed. Transfer the seedlings to the permanent site at the end of summer. After they have wintered they will bloom there in the summer next year. This species grows best in full sun, tolerates heat and periodical drought. It prefers sandy-clay soils, so it is important that the ground is well-drained. Common pink grows best on the ground rich in nutrients and constantly moist.

Each package contains 0.5 g of "Spring Beauty" common pink seeds' mix. The package information contains a growing guide and the sow-by date.
