Tomato "White Beauty" (Solanum lycopersicum) is a very interesting field variety that develops almost white fruit. This annual plant grows tall, develops a multi-stem habit and needs staking. Depending on the cultivation and soil conditions the fruit may take on different colours, from white, through creamy-yellow, to yellow. The berries grow quite large, as their average weight reaches 200 g. The flesh is tender, fleshy, sweet or slightly sour and has a nice creamy-white colour. The fruit are almost completely devoid of seeds. They are perfectly fitted for raw consumption in salads and sandwiches, or may be added to sauces and casseroles. They constitute a great source of valuable compounds, particularly vitamins C and A, as well as kalium and iron.

Tomato preferes sunny sites and soils rich in humus and nutrients. You should sow the tomato seeds in early spring in a warm interior. Light, permeable soil or special seeding mix would work best. Seedlings are transplanted to the ground in the second half of May, when the risk of spring frosts has passed. You need to harden young plants before transplanting them outside. The culture should take place in 60-70 x 50-60 cm spacings. The tasty fruit are harvested as they ripen, from August to September.

Each package contains 0.2 g of "White Beauty" tomato seeds. Growing instructions and the sow-by date have been included in the product information.
