Glucoamylase is a natural saccharification enzyme. It is intended for preparing mash from kibbled rye, wheat, rice, maize, other cereals and potatoes. The use of glucoamylase to catalyse starch hydrolysis into sugars allows you to produce premium quality beer, bourbon, whisky, cognac or rye vodka. Apart from production of alcoholic beverages you may also use it for juices, sirups and other food produce. Add the enzyme to the kibbled grains in order to produce mash that would later be used for fermentation. The package offered here is sufficient for 3.5 kg of kibble.
